Introducing Randall K. Willis

On-Board Companies is pleased to announce the Hiring of Randall K. Willis as the Senior Director of Operations located in our Raleigh, NC Office.

Randall Willis was most recently Director of North American Operations and Supply Chain for Axalta Coating Systems in Glenn Mills PA leading ten plant sites and six distribution centers across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico employing approximately 1000 people supporting four businesses.

Randall joined DuPont Performance Coatings in 2007 to lead the European Supply Chain Organization while working at the Cologne, Germany office. He repatriated to Wilmington DE to lead the Americas Supply Chain in 2010. Previously, Randall held various Supply Chain and Operations leadership roles in DuPont’s Packaging and Industrial Polymers in Orange TX and Wilmington DE. Randall joined DuPont via the Engineering Field program filling various roles in Process Engineering, Contract Manufacturing, and Technical Leadership for Packaging and Industrial Polymers, Engineering Polymers in Parkersburg WV and White Pigments and Mineral Products in Delisle MS.

Randall graduated with a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas.

Randall is married to Heather with two children, Quentin and Shayla. Quentin is a senior in Chemical and Biological Engineering at Colorado State University in Fort Collins. Shayla is a sophomore at Johnson and Wales in Denver studying to be a Pastry Chef.

Randall’s hobbies include golf and fishing.
