Welcome Michael Bailey to the Team

Mr. Michael Bailey, CCWP has over 20 years of operations, staffing and MSP/VMS experience and was most recently a Regional Manager with Advance Services, INC in York, NE overseeing both the national Managed Services division and retail operations in Newark, DE.

Michael is passionate about developing leaders and leading teams to meet their optimal potential. He is committed to serving his customers, teams and community. Michael maintains his Contingent Workforce Professional certification through Staffing Industry Analysts and is an active member of the Aetna Hose, Hook & Ladder Co of Newark, DE, the Delaware State Fire Police & member of the Board of Trustees at The Journey of Newark, DE.

Throughout Michael’s career he has been recognized for his outstanding performance and passion. One example of this was him receiving Chairman’s Club recognition for his work on the DuPont program.

Michael lives in Newark, Delaware with his wife Amanda and their two children, Bowman and Finley. Amanda is a hospice nurse with Delaware Hospice. Both Bowman and Finley attend Red Lion Christian Academy in Bear, DE.
