Robert J. Wilson, Sr. Elected Chairman of the Board

The On-Board Family of Companies, including On-Board Engineering Corporation, On-Board Services, Inc., On-Board PMO Corporation and On-Board Industrial Solutions, Inc. (collectively the “Company”) today announced the election of its Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Robert J. Wilson, Sr. as the second Chairmen of the Board of Directors in the organizations history, effective January 1, 2018.

Robert started his career at On-Board as an Instrument & Controls engineer in the late 1970’s rising to the role of CEO and President in 2000, since that time he has led the organization through nearly two decades of unprecedented growth, while diversifying the company's service offering, broadening its geographic footprint, and increasing its profitability through the right balance of technical, business and leadership skills. Robert will continue to be actively involved in shaping the strategic direction of the organization by retaining his role as CEO, in addition to his new role as Chairmen, to ensure that On-Board is committed to delivering results through the highest level of ethics, quality, customer service, safety and continuous improvement consistent with the organizations core values and mission.
