Randall K. Willis - Named Vice President

EAST WINDSOR NJ / RALEIGH NC – The On-Board Family of Companies, including On-Board Engineering Corporation, On-Board Services, Inc., On-Board PMO Corporation and On-Board Industrial Solutions, Inc. (collectivity the “Company”) today announced the promotion of Randall K. Willis, to Vice President of Operations, effective April 2, 2018.

Randall started his career in the DuPont Engineering Field program with assignments in Delisle MS, Little Hocking OH, and Parkersburg WV. After the field program, he joined the Ethylene Copolymers Business with a variety of roles including Technical Management, Contract Manufacturing Management, Operations Management, and Supply Chain Management. He then transferred to Performance Coatings to lead the European Supply Chain then the Americas Supply Chain. Most recently, he led North American Operations for Axalta. In 2017, Randall joined On-Board to lead the PMO business.

Randall will continue to be actively involved in shaping the strategic direction of the organization to ensure that On-Board delivers results by aligning with clients consistent with its core values of ethics, customer focus, safety, and continuous improvement.
