James Wilson - Named Vice President

EAST WINDSOR NJ / NEW CASTLE DE – The On-Board Family of Companies, including On-Board Engineering Corporation, On-Board Services, Inc., On-Board PMO Corporation and On-Board Industrial Solutions, Inc. (collectivity the “Company”) announced that effective today, September 16th 2019,

James P. Wilson has been promoted to the role of Vice President.

James has nearly twenty (20) years of service with all of the business units, most recently leading our professional talent acquisition division, On-Board Services, for the last several years. He has overseen several client programs while facilitating a variety of responsibilities, with the key focus in Client Services. James has previously served as the Business Leader for On-Board Services, Director of Corporate Development, Business Manager, Senior Business Associate and Business Associate, respectively.

James graduated with honors with a BA from the Villanova University with a concentration in Business Administration as well as an MBA from Monmouth University with a concentration in Operations Management.

James is happily married to his wife, Christina, residing in New Jersey’s Monmouth County region. They enjoy reading, traveling and watching their beloved New York sports teams. James & Christina are also proud supporters of several philanthropies including American Cancer Society, Prostate Cancer Foundation, and the Macular Degeneration Research Foundation, amongst others.

James will continue to be actively involved in shaping the strategic direction of the organization to ensure that On-Board delivers results by aligning with clients consistent with its core values of ethics, customer focus, safety, and continuous improvement.
